UNIT EVALUATION
Understanding and evaluating property is an essential step. The physical and technical constrains provided by the unit/building can restrict the fit out works. A unit evaluation is an analysis of all aspects of a building/Office/warehouse in order to arrive at a comparison and benchmark of their relative merits and challenges. Appraising and selecting the correct property is an essential component in the fit out process.
BUDGETING & SCHEDULING
With a vast fit out experience we can estimate your fit out cost whatever it is an office or industrial fit out. At the same time we estimate your project schedule, which includes the design, authority approvals and the actual work on site.
TENDER MANAGEMENT
Tender management services will take care of designing, and preparing tender documents (RFQ, BOQ, specifications etc.), issuing tenders, assessing returned tenders technically and commercially. We also help in selecting the most competent contractor and are responsible for effective communication between client, landlord and contractors.

In the last 16 years we have worked with many fit out and general Contractors and we selected the best ones who can provide quality and reliable services whatever size, style or budget. They are ISO and HSE certified with an impressive portfolio of experience in the UAE. The selected Contractors have delivered office fit out projects in Etihad Towers, Nation Towers, International Tower, ADGM, Sky Tower. Industrial project were delivered in Musaffah, ICAD, Al Markaz, TIP, KEZAD etc. areas.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT

ADVISING ON ADM & ADCD APPROVALS
We have the expertise to advise on ADM, ADCD and ADDC permits in Abu Dhabi Emirates. We manage the submission for Authority Approvals and liaise with the ADM approved Consultant and Contractor and Client.
FIT OUT MANAGEMENT & TENANCY COORDINATION
We ensure that all new tenancy fit-outs comply with the landlord’s requirements as well as local authority regulations. The Tenancy Fit-Out Guide endeavours to assist tenants to create and deliver a successful fit-out of their tenancy as well as familiarize them with the physical parameters of the property. The guide provides a comprehensive set of directions and procedures aimed at achieving a mutually acceptable fit-out result. In addition to setting the fit-out standards, we actively manage the entire process on behalf of the property owner. We design and prepare the Fit Out Manual and streamline the Fit Out Processes.
